I called and spoke with Tommy who was very curt. I wanted to know the overview on the cost per hour and such info. I told him that my plan is to save money and to transfer some of my fixed wing hours to helicopter and he kept asking me do you have 20k. He hung up on me. If you just told me its about 300 per hour and tell me you don’t know anything about the transfer it would of been better. Tommy if you’re reading this I wish u the best in your industry

I called twice to try to book a one hour demo tour as a gift for my boyfriend. Once in September and once in October both times I was told I needed to call a couple days in advance. I texted the guy 6 days in advance to book for this Saturday and now he has no availability and none of the other places I called have availability either. It’s very upsetting when your trying to plan something for someone you love for an anniversary and they tell you to just call a couple days in advance with the result being “we have nothing, call this number”
I had emailed the company about two weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response back from them so no big deal I’ll just give them a call cause I had a question First thing he ask was was my location which is fine. Then he asked about my savings now shouldn’t I ask the question I need to ask before you start asking about my money. Worst experience on the phone with any company ever.
Not very impressive customer service. I called for information on an additional rating, and the individual I spoke with was very curt. Not helpful at all.
